Brian Cooley is CNET’s Editor-at-Large, focused on predicting and explaining the trends of the consumer tech and automotive industry. He is known for his high energy style and ability to make tech make sense without jargon or varnish. He's one of CNET's original editors, joining the site in 1995. CNET, celebrating its 25th birthday this year, is the world’s leading tech media brand with tens of millions of people consuming its news and reviews content on multi-platforms each month. As the CEO of Publicis Media, Americas, Tim is committed to ensuring that each agency and client receives the resources in talent, tools and technology necessary to drive competitive advantage.

 

In the past two years, Tim has overseen the reorganization of Publicis Media, including the establishment of a new investment arm, PMX (Publicis Media Exchange, the largest media investment operation in the US), and the realignment of its brands as Blue 449, Digitas LBi, Performics, Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith.  At the same time, the company has enjoyed strong growth with reported total media billings of some $40B, including a number of new business wins such as Audible, DeVry University, Discover, Henkel, KFC, Lionsgate, Lowe’s, Mattel, MillerCoors, Motorola, MTV, Telemundo, Tempur Sealy, Southwest Airlines and USAA.

 

Tim is also Chairman of Publicis Groupe’s Growth ComEx in the US working across all creative agency, media agency, and healthcare agency brands, and oversees the LatAm region for Publicis Groupe. He is a member of Publicis Groupe’s global management group.

 

Tim is a Board Member of Autism Speaks, The Ad Council and the ANA’s Advertising Education Foundation. He is a vocal and recognized advocate for diversity and inclusion in the advertising industry.

Katie Kulik

Chief Revenue Officer of CNET Media Group, a Red Ventures Company

Katie Kulik is the Chief Revenue Officer at CNET Media Group, a Red Ventures Company. She leads the global revenue team responsible for helping to monetize some of Red Ventures' largest digital media brands. These efforts support editorial content creation that advises and inspires consumers to discover information that will help inform some of life's most important decisions.  

 

A veteran sales and marketing executive, she directs a worldwide team of sellers, product-marketing professionals, experiential marketing, client services and the creative and branded content teams. Prior to Red Ventures, Kulik was Executive Vice President of Global Digital Sales for ViacomCBS.  Responsible for monetizing billions of video, display and social impressions for the top entertainment media company in the world.  She resides in California with her husband and two tween daughters.
